I wasn’t sure if I would like this pillow and if it would be soft enough, but I really like this pillow. It’s a nice fit to my head and neck and the softness is just right. I think it does help my sleep apnea by letting me sleep longer. Glad I purchased this pillow.

I'm still getting used to it, but it seems to be the right height, is comfortable, and is supportive whether I'm on my back or on my side. I'm not sure if it will make a difference to my snoring, but I'm hopeful! All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase.

having been told by my dentist that I needed a $2500 mouth guard that looked somewhat like the protruding mouth in the 'Alien' monster, I researched a different approach and found Ecoden. So far the pillow has worked very well. I sleep much more soundly and only occassionally wake up due to Apnea. The pillow holds its shape and is easy to travel with if need be. I'm pleased to have found a simple, affordable solution.

I had a hard time getting used to it. But once I used it over and over within two weeks, it was better. Now this is the full size pillow. However, I did get a smaller size, travel pillow and because I’m a side sleeper it’s not working for me. I will be returning it.

I am 61 and have been snoring for quite a long time. I did research to find alternative options to help reduce the level of snoring. I found this pillow featured snoring reduction and decided to give it a go. I sleep with a lot of pillows (3) so it took me about 10 days to get readjusted to the new pillow. I am sleeping better and my wife is telling me that I am not snoring as much and not as loud. This pillow is constructed for the positive natural airflow and with its extreme comfort, it has worked well for me. I recommend this pillow!
