I’ve had this seat cushion for 1 month and I like it so far. I can’t speak to its long-term durability, but it has held its shape well for the time I’ve had it, and I feel supported when using it. I have chronically poor hip alignment that causes pain. While I can’t tell if this cushion is reducing pain, it’s definitely not making it worse and I’m grateful for that!

Lots of similar cushions on the internet and prices vary but some are very hard, some squash all the way down, some are not thick enough to help the tailbone but this is the only one I found that is perfect . The fabric is perfect and the black color is nice. It is sharp looking and long lasting. These cushions used to have a nice handle for transporting & traveling. They also had a small tab with the company name on it. I wish they would put the handle and the tab back in so I can make sure I order from the right company next time.

This comfort fit foam pad allowed my mother to be able to sit in a chair. No other chair pad worked for her. She had severe spinal stenosis and deteriorating discs due to long term prednisone use. The pad is well made and has an opening at the back allowing space to keep compression off the spine. It also keeps its shape allowing for long term use. The cover is soft, durable, and washable. I especially like that the actual sitting surface of the pad has a liquid impermeable coating. This pad is a great buy and very affordable.

I've only used for a week at work (8hrs a day in front of computer) but seems to help. I mostly purchased because my work chair wasn't high enough and my shoulder was hurting, so I figured I'd try this. I notice I don't feel as stiff at the end of the day like before and it's really comfortable. My shoulder doesn't feel as painful at the end of the week this time. Hopefully it will be better going forward.

This is helpful, but it's obviously not a cure. I'm an artist who suffers from neck and shoulder pain, and sometimes lower back. When working for hours at my desk, I find this is a great addition to any chair I've tried as it does help alleviate some pressure so I don't start hurting as bad right away� but it hasn't been a miracle cure for my pain. It does go pretty flat (compared to it's puffed up state) when sitting on it, but that didn't surprise me. It springs back into shape when you get up. The cushion cover does move around and needs to be readjusted frequently. Still, well worth it as I notice a difference in the time I can work before I need to take a break because of pain.

Very happy with the cushion so far. I've only had it about a week but so far really glad that I got it. I was having some low back, tail bone and what seemed like sciatic nerve pain running down one of my legs and this seems to be helping. I am an office manager and sit in a pretty low profile minimal office chair for 8+ hours a day with minimal breaks and this seems to be helping.

Couple of things to preface. I am a larger person, I have recently been having tail bone pain when I sit for long periods of time. I purchased to help with a 14 hours 1 way drive in a car. We have a Honda Pilot. This product gets a 4 rating because I did still experience pain while using but I know this product helped. It is VERY sturdy. Not flimsy. It�s thick so you are raised when you use it. I found that my lower legs fell asleep after a long time because of the height difference I was sitting at. I was glad I purchased this. I believe it made the trip more bearable.I will take again on long trips. I wouldn�t use everyday but my problem is with long drives.

Actually I thought I left a review but either way I'm pleased with the item. I use it in my car and it really helps my posture, back pain I may have, and helps to see over the steering wheel without any problems like a regular cushion. A friend let me use theirs so I'm familiar with the feel of the cushion, and again I'm happy! Glad to know I can wash the cover too! Thank you!

This cushion is amazing. I'm retired and to be honest...spend a lot more time on my old butt. Don't worry...I go for walks like a good boy. I've tried half a dozen other cushions to find genuine pain relief but none of them compare to this! Immediately the need to constantly adjust positions on to find momentary relief was over! I was so surprised to finally find one that works! I've even taking it for a long drive I had to make a few days ago...same relief! I've only had this a little over a week now and I know we'll be together for the duration! I'm even thinking I should by some extras in case they ever stop making them...which I hope doesn't happen. Sorry about getting long. I just wanted to give praise where deserved! Great product!

This is by far the most comfortable seat cushion I have EVER purchased. I was in a hit and run accident ( drunk driver ) many years ago and suffered pelvis, sacrum and tailbone injuries that have caused me much pain over the last 20 years. Sitting has been especially difficult and I thought I'd take a chance on one more cushion to see if it would possibly help. I plan on letting my physical therapist, doctor and chiropractor know about this seat cushion in hopes it can offer some help to others with similar problems to mine. I'm even able to walk with less pain!

My wife fell and broke her coccyx and this has helped her immensely with the pain, especially when riding in the car. Sitting on the couch is hit or miss, but the couch is also soft and squishy compared to the car. It provides support to remove the pressure off of her tail bone and make the recovery tolerable.

I tried five different cushions to help with sciatica and buttock/back pain during prolonged sitting. Iup getting a different cushion which sloped more in the front, thus not cutting off circulation in my thighs. I am a small person, 5' tall, whose feet don't touch the ground, so my experience is my own. I had narrowed my search down to this pillow and one other, so it made the Final Two cut :) I would think that, for a taller person, this would be a very good cushion.

This seems like such a simple thing, yet it is amazingly effective. I was quite surprised. And, of course, very pleased. I have a vehicle almost 20 years old (Toyota, of course) and the cruise control went out about 6 months ago. Eventually -- from the extra effort my right leg had to make without benefit of cruise, I assume -- I started to get nerve pain in my right butt. It made driving very painful, and the resulting numbness lasted for days. I got this pillow hoping for just a little relief. I was amazed to get complete relief within a couple of days and now pain free. Thank you Ecoden!!!
