I'm happy with my pillow for two reasons. First, I expected to take time to adjust to it. That wasn't necessary. I began sleeping better my first night. Second, I like the feel of the pillow and appreciate the quality materials. I've had to "off-gas" bedding before, but not this pillow.

After spending a fortune on pillows over the years I have finally found pillow nirvana. I know everyone is different but this definitely has eliminated my neck issues. The only minor complaint is I wish the wings on the side where you can rest your arms were a little wider. But it’s a bit. Main thing is my pain is gone.

That first night, I put my head on the pillow and fell fast asleep. No tossing, no turning, the pillow maintained it's coolness throughout the night and I woke up feeling more refreshed than I have in YEARS. This pillow might not be for the average neck tension from desk work person. I read some of the reviews and I don’t think it’s a size issue, I’m a very petite women. I think it’s just everyone’s neck issues are different. But it’s a been a game changer for the pain that manifest deep in the bottom of my skull/top of neck that causes migraines. I’ve bought my second one of these and it’s much softer. I’m not sure if that was a planned change but I actually like it even more.

The pillow does have a mild charcoal smell initially but it faded quickly after airing it out. I also found that it keeps a consistent temperature which is great because I tend to overheat at night. One small drawback is that it might be too firm for those who prefer an ultra soft pillow but I found it perfect for supporting proper alignment.

What a difference this pillow has made! Sleeping on my back leaves my neck pain free. Sleeping on my side still causes shoulder/neck pain but it cradles my neck when I’m on my back.

I love this pillow! A friend gave me her old one to try, once her new one had arrived and I was smitten from the start. I purchased the largest size and haven’t had a bad sleep since. I love this pillow for back sleeping. It’s so comfortable I don’t even think about it. It puts my head and neck in a perfectly neutral position. I don’t like it quite as well for side sleeping but I think I am getting used to it. For stomach sleeping, I finally figured out that it works well if turned sideways. I sleep in every position, so it’s hard to find a pillow that is perfect for everything. But I’m satisfied with this one and just end up sleeping on my back more often, where it really shines.

I ordered 4 for Christmas gifts for my daughter and granddaughters. I have had an Ecoden pillow for at least 2 years. I feel the Ecoden pillow had been a game changer for the comfort of my neck ( I have a lot of old injuries from car accidents, and my work creates neck stress.)
I am a little disappointed with my gift pillow for 2 reasons.1) The how to use cards were not included in the shipment, so I had to gift the pillows without them. They were sent separately and came later, but this is an ineffecive way to introduce family members who I do not share a house with to the pillows. 2) I kept one of the 4 new pillows for myself. It seems much softer than my old one, and therefore less supportive. I slept on the new one for 2 nights, then the older one last night. I have to say that the old one seems better, although perhaps its density is enhanced by the silk pillowcase I have on it. I could not afford silk for all my gift pillows.

My shoulders have been dislocated every morning for the last six months. It seems the pillows are either too high or too low and I am allergic to anything oil or latex based. I was so excited to find your pillow was neither I purchased this one and turned around and bought the next size side, have them on my full bed, it’s cool it smells good. The pillow arrived quickly and was wrapped in a beautiful bag with the name is company. There was no hassle, just remove and put in your bed. It was soft and comfortable and molded to fit your head and against your shoulders. I would recommend to those of you who suffer from early morning neck aches.
