What is a cervical pillow?

A cervical pillow is an orthotic device used to support the neck by utilizing its concave, deep area to support the head whilst keeping the neck aligned. Thus, this design proves to be of assistance in improving sleep posture, and the quality of sleep. It relieves and supports the tense muscles in your neck and shoulders, which increases blood flow to your head.

What are the dimensions of the EcodenĀ® pillows?

We offer two different sizes to our pillows, the Standard EcodenĀ® Pillow and Plus Sized EcodenĀ® Pillow. 

  • Standard EcodenĀ® Pillow: 12 x 20ā€ (30 x 50cm)
  • Plus-Sized EcodenĀ® Pillow: 14 x 24ā€ (35 x 60cm)


*The main difference of both the plus-sized and standard sized pillows is the length and breadth. The lofts are the same at 4 inches tall.

What sized pillow should I get?

We recommend the plus-sized EcodenĀ® Pillow for those who have queen or king-sized beds, or larger body frames.

What material is the EcodenĀ® Pillow and EcodenĀ® Cover made of?

The pillow is composed of materials that are performance, durability, emission and content tested to ensure the highest satisfaction delivered. On top of that, the pillow is meticulously designed to impart more health beneficial component than the conventional cervical pillow. 


The main material used to make our pillow is our incorporation of bamboo charcoal. This material is not only more environmentally innovative than the conventional foam, it also imparts additional benefits, such as deodorizing properties, stimulating health benefits and many other countless advantages. Additionally, our tencel made pillow covers are employed for that extra soft texture, making that weekends sleep in easier to enjoy. Itā€™s not only easy on the cheeks, but also easy on the environment. Compared to the conventional cotton covers, Tencel is 10 times more eco-friendly because of the limited materials used in its manufacturing process.

How do I wash my EcodenĀ® pillow?

Machine wash cold, delicate cycle, mild detergent.

Tumble dry, low heat, dryer balls or clean tennis balls.


*Do not wash the memory foam core.

Should I use an additional pillow cover?

Itā€™s not necessary as it can actually block our pillow's breathability and cooling properties. 

However, if you want to personalize your pillow with a different pillowcase, it's completely up to you. 

How long does the pillow retain its shape?

The EcodenĀ® is made to last for a long time. Therefore, we offer a free 3 years warranty. We are unable to give an exact approximation of the pillowā€™s lifespan, as it depends on the amount of pressure and stress taken by the pillow.

Can I use this pillow in all sleeping positions?

The EcodenĀ® pillow is designed for all types of sleeping positions. 


For back sleepers, our ā€œdream craterā€, located in the middle of the pillow will cradle your head all night, providing you with unlimited support and comfort. 


If you are a side sleeper, allow your head to rest on the sides of the pillow. The 61Ā° side panels will perfectly snuggle your shoulder in, giving your neck no room for un-alignment. 


For those of you stomach sleepers, use the middle of the pillow to rest your head in. However, we recommend against sleeping on your belly as it can be taxing on your back and neck.

Does the EcodenĀ® help reduce snoring?

Yes, the Ecoden alleviates snoring. 


As you lay down on your pillow, our 70Ā° wedge extension alleviates stress upon your neck and spine, allowing your airways to expand, making you breathe much easier. 


When you sleep with perfect posture, your head and body would be perfectly aligned. Hence, your neck and airways would be in perfect alignment as well. 

Can the EcodenĀ® help with my scoliosis pain?

The EcodenĀ® helps align your spine in the correct position, ensuring comfort throughout your sleep. Additionally, many scoliosis patients suffer from numbness in the shoulder areas. The EcodenĀ® helps with this discomfort through the 61Ā° side panels. These panels are designed to snuggle your shoulders in a perfect angle, and thus ensuring support and comfort while you sleep.

Is EcodenĀ® available in stores?

EcodenĀ® is only available on www.ecoden.com. 


Currently, we do not offer retail services as we refrain from 2-3x price inflation resulting from added costs such as showroom, sales staff, commissions, etc. This way, we can deliver pain-free night and morning at a much affordable price anywhere in the world. 


We offer a 30-night sleep trial to allow you plenty of time to try out your pillow in the comfort of your home. 


Our mission is to make the world a better place one pillow at a time. Hence we deliver all our packages in a D2W biodegradable plastic, in addition to following CertiPUR-US strict eco, health, and durability standards. What is CertiPUR-USĀ® certification?

CertiPUR-USĀ® is a certification program administered by a not-for-profit organization. 


CertiPUR-US certified foams are: 

  • Made without ozone depleters 
  • Made without PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (ā€Trisā€) flame retardants 
  • Made without mercury, lead, and other heavy metals 
  • Made without formaldehyde 
  • Made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission 
  • Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million) 


The memory foam in our EcodenĀ® pillows are CertiPUR-US certified.

Warranty

What is the warranty for my EcodenĀ® Pillow?

Every pillow purchase comes with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers any material damage to the pillow(s) incurred under correct usage. The pillow should uphold its natural form under the time frame of the warranty. This means that any severe body contours or body impressions imparted upon the pillow are covered under this warranty. This coverage applies only to the original purchaser.


EcodenĀ® is not liable for claims that exceed the cost of the product. EcodenĀ® is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage from the use of its products. The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse or abuse of the products.


The 3-year warranty does not apply to pillow covers. In the case where the covers arrive defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving your parcel and we will send out a new one for free.

What is not covered by this warranty?

The 3-year warranty does not apply to pillow covers. 

Any defects upon the cover and the pillow is insured under our return policy. Simply contact us at hello@ecoden.com within 30 days of purchase and we will arrange a replacement to be shipped out to you as soon as possible. This warranty does not cover any damage incurred through improper use, care or abuse of the product.

How do I get the warranty service?

If you are considering placing a warranty claim, contact us at hello@ecoden.com within the 3 years warranty time, with your order number cited in the email. Attachments of pictures of your pillow are preferable for a speedy process. We will process your claim within 2 business days and get back to you regarding the claim. As soon as your claim is processed, you will expect a brand new EcodenĀ® pillow coming your way!

Shipping/Returns

How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. 


All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day. Parcels usually take between 7-15 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location.

ā€¢ Even though we ship your order within 24 hours , there may be slight delays due to the current pandemic. It is the shipping carriers and government who decide when to deliver your parcel.


We have two different fulfillment centers in the United States and China. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China, where we stock a large number of our products. 


We want to keep your mind at ease that you have nothing to worry about. We have a team keeping tabs on your pillowā€™s shipment to ensure its smooth arrival to you. Thank you for your understanding, and in the meantime, please stay safe everybody! ā¤

What is the 30-day sleep on it trial?

All our pillows have a 30-day sleep on it trial which starts upon receiving the pillow. 
If you do not fall in love with our pillows, you may return them for a full refund. Just email us at hello@ecoden.com and we'll organise your full refund. 


  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we canā€™t offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Please note that items that are returned dirty, broken, damaged or stained will not be eligible for the refund. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 


All returned products will not be sent out again. Every one of our customers will receive a brand new pillow.

Refunds (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at hello@ecoden.com. Upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

This policy does not cover orders with a wrong shipping address.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make any amendments or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours has passed.

What if I put in the wrong shipping address?

If you need to make any amendments, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

If your parcel has already been shipped out/delivered to the wrong address, we will have to charge you a shipping fee to resend your parcel to you again.

We do not offer refunds to orders shipped to a wrong address.

How do I exchange my pillow?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at hello@ecoden.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

My package went missing. What should I do?

EcodenĀ® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Drop us an email at hello@ecoden.com and will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
