The pillow has eased my neck pain but not as much as I had hoped for. Value for money has not meet my expectations.as I feel the same result may have been achieved had I shopped around for a less expensive pillow. In saying that, the exchange rate of US$ to NZ$ was extreme.

This pillow is amazing. It has fixed my neck pain. I realise standard pillows should be illegal. Side sleepers NEED the bump under their neck to support it, you neck is not supposed to be suspended in mid air. I don't want a night without this pillow!

I was initially very frustrated because it didn't come with directions on how to use it. When someone from Customer Support told me to check the facts page, my question still wasn't answered, because it wasn't written well or have pictures demonstrating how to use it. I am finally able to use it and am quite happy with it.

With my old pillow I would toss and turn most of the night. Would wake up in the morning with stiff neck and neck pain. The first night I used this new pillow I slept through the night. First thing i realized was I never moved all night. I slept on my back all night. I also feel more rested. I was feeling exhausted. I am pleased with the ECODEN pillow.

My neck has been bothering me since October. I’ve spoken with GP, been to chiropractor and begun working with a remedial massage practitioner.
I got the pillow about the same time I started seeing the masseuse. Between the two things I am feeling much better. I don’t sleep through the night - our old doggy needs to go out once or twice, but I am not having neck pain while I’m laying down either on my side or back.
I’m a little stiff in the morning but much less stiff overall and my pain in improving daily.
I would recommend the pillow to anyone.

I had high hopes that the pillow would solve the problems with my neck while sleeping. Unfortunately it is not the silver bullet. I find that it is too thick for sleeping on my back, and that is my most common position. I'll use it occasionally. The theory is good. Thanks.

I’ve been looking for a pillow for a long time and tried various other ones on the market. I often have a sore neck and struggle with tension headaches on a weekly basis. This pillow has helped keep proper alignment of my neck and spine, preventing any strain on it. The pillow is firm and took me a couple nights to get used to it but now I couldn’t imagine sleeping without it.

I had purchased the 2 prior ecoden pillow models produced prior to this. The first helped my neck for a few days but then ceased to stop the pain. I experienced the same outcome with the second pillow after the first 2 nights.
This third model, thus far, seems to be working out much better. It’s a little off regarding the spacing of the indentations for your neck and head. With a little propping up though, it seems to be working well still after 5 nights. I’m largely a side sleeper but usually end up on my back at some point during the night. My fingers are crossed for it continuing to offer some comfort.

This pillow really delivers what’s promised! The unusual contours are really fitting for a relaxed neck position and for the arms as well. My neck strain has disappeared. And I like that it has an extra pad for making it higher which is perfect for my sinus issues. The only little problem is that it tends to rise up in the back again the bed headboard instead of staying flat. I can recommend this pillow.

I ordered this pillow to see if it would assist with resolving some neck issues. After a month of sleeping on it, the verdict is still out and I am still trying to adjust to the firmness of this pillow. I do like the way the pillow is constructed with a valley to hold my head in place and realize it needs to be firm to accomplish this restrictions. I still have hopes that this will be the last expensive pillow I will need to buy in my search for a sleep solution.

I do find the pillow helps me sleep. I have to place my head all the way up into the pillow. It is a little large for me. I took out the extra padding and that was a big help. Would like to be able to take out one more layer.
In all I would recommend this pillow to someone who tosses and turns with insomnia throughout the night.

I've purchased many pillows to try to alleviate that issue and while they have been helpful none of them really resolved the pain. I was excited to get these pillows as I have had neck trouble for awhile and it always seemed to be manifested with my lack of a good pillow. My husband also has taken to snoring and so wanted to see if this pillow would help that.
My neck feels way better and is not stiff or sore in the morning. And although my husband still snores a little bit , think it depends how tired he is, this pillow has been a game changer! Highly recommend for anyone that snores to start there first before anything else.

I was disappointed with the pillow. The first week of using the pillow my neck and shoulder pain increased. Since then it has gotten a bit better, but I still wake up in a lot of pain and carry that throughout the day. I thought your pillow would be the solution just based on the comments and reviews. I don't think it has made any difference for me honestly. I'm still living with an incredible amount of upper back, shoulder and neck pain. It is an interesting concept, I'm glad I tried it though as an idea.

It was a good quality pillow butbi had to return it because it was way to firm for me and caused me headaches and neck pain within 10 minutes of trying it out. I tried to get used to it but was too painful to continue. If you like firm pillows, you may like this pillow. For me, it didn't work and I was disappointed.
