I ordered this pillow to see if it would assist with resolving some neck issues. After a month of sleeping on it, the verdict is still out and I am still trying to adjust to the firmness of this pillow. I do like the way the pillow is constructed with a valley to hold my head in place and realize it needs to be firm to accomplish this restrictions. I still have hopes that this will be the last expensive pillow I will need to buy in my search for a sleep solution.

I do find the pillow helps me sleep. I have to place my head all the way up into the pillow. It is a little large for me. I took out the extra padding and that was a big help. Would like to be able to take out one more layer.
In all I would recommend this pillow to someone who tosses and turns with insomnia throughout the night.

Really want to love it but it’s not what I expected. The pillow is super hard and sometimes makes my shoulder pain worse and I have to switch pillows in the middle of the night. Have tried it for 2 weeks now and no better.

It was too big for me and although I immediately knew it and decided to return it your company kept encouraging me to keep trying it. I had to wait another week or two to finally get the return address and partial refund. When it is received there I will receive the rest of the refund.

I was excited to get these pillows as I have had neck trouble for awhile and it always seemed to be manifested with my lack of a good pillow. My husband also has taken to snoring and so wanted to see if this pillow would help that.
My neck feels way better and is not stiff or sore in the morning. And although my husband still snores a little bit , think it depends how tired he is, this pillow has been a game changer! Highly recommend for anyone that snores to start there first before anything else.

I was disappointed with the pillow. The first week of using the pillow my neck and shoulder pain increased. Since then it has gotten a bit better, but I still wake up in a lot of pain and carry that throughout the day. I thought your pillow would be the solution just based on the comments and reviews. I don't think it has made any difference for me honestly. I'm still living with an incredible amount of upper back, shoulder and neck pain. It is an interesting concept, I'm glad I tried it though as an idea.

It was a good quality pillow butbi had to return it because it was way to firm for me and caused me headaches and neck pain within 10 minutes of trying it out. I tried to get used to it but was too painful to continue. If you like firm pillows, you may like this pillow. For me, it didn't work and I was disappointed. I have enjoyed it every night since & long-standing neck challenges are resolving. The knee pillow you sent me was lavender scented. I am allergic to lavender & do not tolerate scented products!

Mostly I like this pillow with just a few exceptions. It fits very nicely around my neck, is comfortable both when I am sleeping on my back and on my side. Minor dislike is that I find it slightly hot. It is also thicker than my old pillow and I have a fairly short neck and would prefer it is to be just slightly lower. I also found the foam a little denser than I like. Would prefer the pillow to have slightly more give. But those are pretty minor and it is a comfortable pillow overall.

I almost lost out on the refund because you kept stalling , not giving the return address quickly. There was nothing in the guarantee that said anything about the option to keep the pillow and only get half the return back! That is very selfish of you, wasting more and more of the customer's time to have a chance to return the pillow in time with all the extra back and forth communication.

I use it since I’ve got it, but till now I didn’t manage to use it for a whole night. The problem is that, at sometime in the night, I wake up with a pain on my lower back. So I have to remove it to feel better there. I don’t know what is the problem, but I will continue trying to use it. To be honest, I think that I feel better my neck when I use it. In the pillowcases, there are two parts. I decided to remove the small part because I thought that maybe it’s very high for my neck and it creates problems to my back .

I have compressed discs in my neck so this pillow suports my head and neck in all positions. Its a solid pillow so it is diffcult to packin a suitcase but its still coming with me as a first pirority!!
