I needed a new pillow as the current one was wearing out. I have some degeneration in my neck so I have to be very careful what kind of pillow I use. I was glad that Ecoden had a 30 day trial period for pillows as I didn't know if it would work well for my neck. I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried the pillow the first night and it caused no problems! I have used it for many nights now and have been continually comfortable. The pillow is also made of nontoxic materials, never having any bad smells that had to wear off. Thank you so much for making this wonderful product! I only wish now I would have bought the lifetime warranty!

I bought this pillow because of neck issues. I thought what did I have to lose. Oh my gosh! First night and I was hooked. I couldn't believe how well I slept. Within a couple of weeks, my neck pain was almost gone. I even bought a second one for my wife. She was skeptical at first because how could a pillow make that much of a difference but now she loves it just as much as I do and couldn't imagine sleeping on anything else.

This is so comfortable!! I have compression fractures in my spine due to cancer, Multiple Myeloma and I have to wear a brace. At night, I have been having a tough time sleeping on my back. I can sleep on my back, without the brace, as long as I'm flat and head no higher then 30 degrees. So glad I found this!!!

Bought this pillow for my husband, he's a side sleeper and we've been trying to find a good pillow for his neck and shoulder pain. These pillows are firm enough to sleep sideways, yet soft enough to sink your head and rest comfortably. They are a little heavy because of thickness but do not be fooled, you will enjoy these guys, unless you like soft and fluffy, then move on!

For me, it was too thick with very little give. Other than that, I feel like it was soft and made well. It just wasn't what I was looking for, but my grandma liked it and kept it because she likes the pillow.

After 6 months of being in pain and buying several different pillows, I finally found the pillow that helps me. Even before I was in pain I tossed and turned all night. With this pillow I sleep through the night and it has helped with my neck pain tremendously. I wake up with little to no pain, but I know I need a new mattress also but this helps in the meantime. I tried one other pillow like this and it was horrible, to a point I was like there's no way I'm ever trying one of these pillows again. So glad I tried this one. It is a nice firmness and hasn't flattened and forms nicely to my neck. I'm usually a side sleeper, but with this pillow I can even sleep comfortably on my back. This pillow has helped me so much I've suggested to my family to switch to this pillow and to a friend of mine who is also suffering from neck pain. I'll never buy another pillow.

My niece has a similar pillow which she let me try on a recent visit. I decided on this model due to the curved side. There's no pressure against my shoulder when sleeping on my side. I have used a few different pillows to find something that helps my neck pain. I’m not just a pillow snob, I have a bulged disc in my neck. I sleep on my back and side. This pillow works so nicely either way. I like the sides of the pillow too. It gives perfect place for my hand/arms.

This pillow is great so far. I suffer with nerve pain in my neck, shoulder and arm, and finding a pillow that helps, has been so hard. This one has been the most comfortable so far. It’s perfect for back sleeping, which is the only way I can sleep at this time. Looks like it will also be good for side sleeping. My favorite part is the cooling material. It truly does keep me cooler during the night. Highly recommend.

Is a very good product and I love the design. Fit perfect for your head. I slept well at the beginning because of the firmness. No neck pain for months. I wish they could make sizes of firmness like medium firm When you sleep on it for a couple of months it gets flat. But it comes back to its normal shape. I will buy it again if they update the product.

I am a sleeper who will move around all night long to find a comfortable position. Doing some research i found that my extra Fluffy pillow could be the problem. I switch to the cervical support pillow and my sleep has changed. I now will fall asleep in one position and not move all night sometimes! The first few nights, it took a little getting used to the firmness and lower height of the pillow (compared to my extra Fluffy pillows) but that quickly shifted when my head and body felt supported and continues to feel supported after almost a month of use. Definitely recommended.

This pillow cradles your head wonderfully and helped you sleep on your back. If you do happen to sleep on your side, you do not have shoulder pain when you get up. I have neck issues that cause a lot of pain. I normally wake up several times every night to adjust my old pillow and still woke up with neck aches. I slept well for the fist time in a long time and didn't wakeup with neck pain! I have arthritis in my neck and a right reverse shoulder replacement and my left shoulder is bothering me. Going from a pillow that I refused to get rid of for xx year(s) that was comfy and “well-worn” to not only a new pillow, but one meant to help with my back and neck pain was definitely difficult to get used to! It took me about a week or two for my head to stay in the middle and I’ll admit the first few days I woke up with a neck cramp. I have been using this pillow for almost a month now and I must say it's been fantastic! I also love that it works well in multiple sleeping positions (I’m a mix of side and back sleeper), and it never feels too firm or too soft.

1st time I used it, I felt my head gently and comfortably cradled. In the morning my neck, shoulders and back were sore. The 2nd morning I was sore but not as bad. I used it a 3rd night and the next morning I felt perfectly fine. NOTE: the pillow pamphlet states that this might happen till your body gets adjusted to the pillow. I've been using the pillow for 2 weeks now and I love it. I've noticed that I no longer toss and turn to adjust my position and/or old pillow. In the past I have tried buckwheat pillows, memory foam and hotel style pillow and this is the best pillow I've used. I highly recommend.

I used to have a very expensive latex pillow which I loved. Unfortunately over time, it lost its support. I couldn’t find it again so I decided to give this pillow a try. Before getting this pillow, I had a shredded memory foam pillow for a brief period. I woke up every single day with severe neck pain. The pain was so bad I couldn’t even turn my head. I ordered this pillows in hopes that it would help a little but WOW, I’ve found my pillow! The neck support is a dream! The pillow also stays so cool throughout the night. It’s the perfect height and firmness! Honestly 10/10. Highly recommended for back sleepers or anyone with neck pain.

This is a really nice pillow! I am a side sleeper, and I struggle with neck and shoulder pain because of it. This pillow has a unique shape that helps with the pain I was experiencing. It doesn't make me sweat at night either. The only thing that I wished was different is the sides. It's a good idea, but I would love it if it was more of a covered spot. When I lay my arm in the spot it's not really comfortable. I still put my arm under my pillow to sleep. Other than that, I'm really enjoying this pillow. I would definitely buy it again.

I was waking up each morning with neck and back pain for a period of time, and was afraid I was going to have to somehow buy a new mattress I can not afford. I decided to give this a shot once I stumbled upon it, and I’m happy to say that it works! My neck and back pain is no longer an issue. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I still prefer a regular pillow if I’m on my stomach, but most of the time this is the pillow that I’m using. Definitely worth a shot if you can’t afford a new mattress like myself.

Ok this pillow hit the spot for me. I’ve had this pillow for almost a month now and it has helped so much with shoulder and neck pain from sleeping. It stays nice and cool. And I like to sleep on my side and it gives very great support for side sleepers. There is also a dip in the center of the pillow. I like to lay down with my ear buds in and I found this very helpful in not interfering either the ear buds. This is a very versatile pillow and has helped my sleep greatly. I definitely recommend this pillow if you need better support while side or back sleeping over a regular pillow.

I bought this pillow for my partner but figured since suffer from migraines and neck pain I would try it for a night...he never got the pillow back. I’ve bought tons of different pillows and I think I found the one for me! The space between my neck and shoulder is fully supported when I’m side sleeping. When sleeping on my back, I don’t feel like my head is elevated which gives me that tech neck feel with other pillows. My chiropractors mentioned my c1 and c2 being out of wack. Since my last adjustment and this pillow I have had no headaches! My head fits perfectly in the ridge on the lower side. I don’t over heat and I enjoy the firmness. I would def recommend this pillow!

I wasn’t sure if this was going to work. I have headaches everyday, neck & back pain with a degenerating spine since my car accident 12 years ago. Most recently, the pain started becoming a problem while I sleep. I toss and turn all night long, uncomfortable, not able to sleep through the night. I do sit at work and know my problem lies there too. But when I slept on this pillow the first night, omg. I felt so comfortable. My neck was comfortable on my back and my side. I slept through the night without the tossing. I may have only awoken to use the bathroom but back to sleep I was able to go and quickly too. If you have back and neck problems, get it. I will say IT IS WORTH IT! I have awakened every morning (within my second time sleeping on this) WITHOUT PAIN in my neck! I keep waiting for the pain/tension to come back and it has not! Even if I wake up in the middle of the night, I expected to feel pain or tension, and it’s not there. I can now wake up and start moving and stretching neck, and I have more flexion in my neck than I’ve had in so long! It feels incredibly amazing to wake up without pain! Just this past weekend I shipped my mother this same pillow as she had been going thru the same thing with her neck, and after one use, she woke up without neck pain. When we can sleep supporting our neck and have the proper alignment, it truly makes all the difference! I would recommend this and at least give it a try! I’m very thankful I did!

This pillow really does do exactly what it says to, which is support the neck while you sleep. On the back or side, sleeping is easy with this pillow! It's designed to be used alone which was a bit of an adjustment from my normal 2 pillow set up- but well worth it. I only deducted a star because I felt like it could use a bit more support in the neck area. After a month or two it does seem to deflate slightly which no longer provides the comfort it once did. But still overall way better than a traditional pillow!

I’ve had two neck injuries and I’m mainly a side sleeper (occasionally stomach, rarely back). Now it’s been almost impossible to sleep comfortably and sometimes I tweak my neck in my sleep causing me severe neck pain for days after. I bought this pillow to give something new a try and I have to say the shape is amazing and definitely gives my neck and head support while I sleep. So far haven’t woken up in pain and I do believe it helped me heal faster from my last neck tweak. My only complaint is it’s a little too low for me when I sleep on my side, I can feel my head dip and my shoulders/arms fall asleep or get sore. I’m going to continue to use this pillow, but will keep looking for a thicker version.

This pillow is perfect for me, it rests close to the end of my body and away from sagging.. My neck has really started to get on me in the mornings. Waking up with a stiff neck, gross!! I was skeptical about ordering this pillow, but I have been very pleased with it. It's not hot to sleep on and it also allows me to tuck my arm in a position I could not have with my old pillow. Even though it looks odd, it's very comfortable to use and I was able to get accustomed to it in just a day or two. It had a slight smell out of the box which dissipated quickly by simply leaving it out of the packaging for a few hours before putting on my pillow cover and pillowcase.

Having had this pillow for a few weeks now, I can safely say it's amazing. I sleep through the night with no readjusting my pillow and my sleep is deeper and more restful than ever. It was a bit uncomfortable at first since I hadn't figured out just how to position myself on the pillow but, once I got it right, it's been pure magic.
