What's the 30 days trial?

We understand each person has their own preference on support and comfort. The Ecoden® back pillow is designed to be a perfect fit for most people, but in case it's not for you, you're covered by our 30-day trial which starts from the date that your pillow is delivered.

Where should the pillow be placed?

The Ecoden® seat pillow should be vertically aligned to the base of your chair, so that it is completely levelled against the lower part of the back. Your ears, shoulders and hips should be aligned so that the natural curvature of your spine is attained.

What is a lumbar pillow?

A lumbar pillow is an ergonomic lumbar cushion that is usually made out of firm foam and fibre. It usually sits in between your back and a chair's backrest to provide pain relief and management of back pain.

Do I need a back pillow?

Use a back pillow if you are planning to sit for more than 30 minutes or more at a time. After sitting for a prolonged period, you are prone to feeling discomfort of back pain leading to lower productivity. With a back cushion, you are allowing your lower back to do its job pain free.

This is absolutely the best lower back support foam that I ever had! I have a Herman Miller chair in the office, but due to long-time sitting and maybe disappropriate sitting posture, I am gradually having mild sciatic pain. That is sad and making a lot of discomforts. I have a similar Samsonite foam for my car seat, but it can�t beat the firmness and the strong support of this product at all! I used this foam for almost a week, together with Herman Miller chair, and now feel sciatic nerve is stopping hurting that often.

Right away, I realized I got lucky. This lumbar support is so well designed and made, that I realized it really should cost more. It stops nicely to my desk chair. It took less than a minute to attach it with really nice quality stretch stapes and forever space age plastic quick release buckles. It is a high density foam rubber, inside a perfectly made cover that breathes, never feeling sweaty/stuffy. I really reedit/use it, because I have had a bad back for nearly 40 years. I can tell anyone, "this lumbar support is the best money can buy. It works great and relieves pain." I thought of buying another one, incase I ever wear this one out. Then I realized I will never wear it out, even if I use it all the rest of my life. With the adjustable steps that hold the support to my chair, I can raise and lower it along my spine and pin point right where I'm feeling pain. This lumbar support pillow is a VERY GOOD product. Not cheap in any way. I love it !

I bought this cushion when I realized the mesh back on my work chair was no longer providing the same support that it did when it was new. The cushion has done wonders in terms of my comfort when sitting for long periods at my desk. As others have mentioned, it's a little thick and pushes me forward in the chair more than I would like. I haven't yet found an adjustment on the chair that will fix that, but the better support for my back has been worth it. I also wish that the cushion had top and bottom straps rather than just one in the middle to keep it from flopping forward every time I get up, but that might have something to do with the shape of my chair back. All in all, I am happy with the purchase.

I suffered from a herniated disc at L4/L5 roughly a year and a half ago. I own a Prius and the seat is ridiculously uncomfortable. I had tried numerous lumbar inserts/supports but none really helped. I had to begin driving my child to school in commute traffic this January and after the first 2.5 days my back was killing me. I looked at replacing the driver seat, $300 cushions, etc. I found this cushion with reviews that addressed my problem exactly with success. Decided to try it. Exactly what I needed. My back feels wonderful now... I spend all day in a chair at work (not by choice) and all night in a chair at home (by choice, love video games)... Was gonna replace my office chair with something pretty expensive that was supposed to solve my lower back pains... But this pillow has solved them for a lot less... If I had one gripe... I find it actually not thick enough... Maybe if it was firmer it would give me that tad bit of extra support I need. Despite that, I'm going to be buying a second one so I don't have to carry it back and forth between work and home..

I use this brace primarily on my office chair but have also used it on a kitchen table chair and family room couch. So far it seems to help with my bad back, (Spondy), as long as I'm using it on something with a rigid back to begin with. We have a softer couch in the living room and it does little to give support. Overall, it does what most of these type supports do, force better posture when sitting. And that's the key for most back and neck problems. I would definitely buy it again.

Very comfortable lumbar support. The straps haven't done much for me in the chair that I use it in, but they would probably work well in an office chair. For me, I sit back into it and it stays in place without any problems. It maintains its shape well and does not get hot spots or low spots. It pairs well with the memory foam seat cushion.
