Ecoden® Warranty

We proudly offer a 1-year warranty on our pillows as they meet the highest standards for domestic use.

We also offer an optional lifetime warranty, to ensure your pillow maintains its natural form and performance over the years. If any material damage occurs under proper use, we’ve got you covered. With Ecoden, you'll always have a pillow that stands the test of time, offering restful sleep for a lifetime.

Please retain a copy of your order confirmation as proof of purchase. You'll need this to make a claim. Without it, we reserve the right to reject any claim under this warranty. Please also note that the warranty is for the original purchaser's benefit only and is not transferable at resale.

 

A. What does the warranty cover?

This warranty covers any material damage to the pillow(s) incurred under correct usage. The Ecoden pillow should uphold its natural form under the time frame of the warranty. This means that any severe body contours or body impressions imparted upon the pillow are covered under this warranty. 

 

B. What does the warranty NOT cover?

  • Comfort preference.
  • Abnormal use.
  • Physical abuse or damage to the pillow.
  • Burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains.
  • Mold, dirt, stains, smells, or bed bug infestations, resulting from poor pillow care. 
  • Any claim made other than for the benefit of the original purchaser.
  • Any Pillow (whether manufactured by Ecoden or not) sold by a reseller who is not an authorized Ecoden at the time of purchase.

The 1-year warranty does not apply to pillow covers. If the covers arrive defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving your parcel, and we will send out a new one for free.

 

C. When does the warranty end?

The standard warranty ends one year from the date of delivery of your Ecoden Pillow.

If you purchased the lifetime warranty, it will last forever for the original purchaser.

 

D. Your Responsibilities

To claim this warranty, please send: 1) a brief written description and a photo of the problem or condition that you believe constitutes a defect; 2) proof of purchase (such as your order number or an original dated sales receipt) to Ecoden at hello@ecoden.com.

In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to require photographs, further information or descriptions before accepting a particular claim under this warranty.

 

E. What do we do when we get all this from you?

Any evidence we receive regarding the potential warranty claim will be cross-examined and evaluated by Ecoden. When we have received the evidence we need, we will decide at our sole, reasonable discretion whether the warranty covers your claim or not.

If we determine, the warranty covers your claim, Ecoden will ship a new pillow back to you.

 

F. What if I only want a refund?

This warranty does not give you the right to get a refund. The warranty only covers replacements, repairs, and upgrades for successful warranty claims.
