I was having neck & shoulder pain. So I ordered this pillow with high hopes that it would help with my issues. I am sleeping better and my neck feels completely aligned now and no more neck pain. The pillow definitely helps with my rotator cuff pain as well. I am very happy with my new Ecoden pillow.

Would've given it a 5 star rating if it was thicker. Not high enough for a 6'4", 215 pound man. But well constructed with good support and cushion. Good customer service. Average delivery time for being out of the country. But the tracking number didn't work. I probably won't return because their policy says it needs to be in sealed original packing and I obviously took it out to try it. I'll use it in the guest room.

I purchased this pillow when I started having a strained rotator cuff. I was not sleeping at all. This pillow cradles my head in the right position and is comfortable when I sleep on my side. I highly recommend this pillow. My sleeping is now much better because of this pillow.

I have tried a number of pillows for neck and shoulder support. So far this one appears to be the most comfortable. My shoulder pain is pretty much gone. Perhaps the larger pillow would have been even better.

We have tried myriad configurations to keep my husband from snoring and experiencing structural apnea, while sleeping on his back. This pillow did the trick and it is his favorite. He brings it down to the couch for his afternoon nap. I have ordered cases for it and I wish that I had ordered them with the pillow.

I've had shoulder pain since the military and sleep was usually alot of tossing and turning. I've had the pillow and tencel cover probably spelled it wrong. But the fitted pillowcase is the softest pillowcase I have ever felt. The first few nights the moment I laid my head on the pillow it just made me smile. I don't have numb arms anymore or struggle to get comfortable the pillow takes care of it. On my back or on my side they are equally comfortable. I've tried many pillows from big box stores and have never found anything as comfortable as this pillow and pillowcase combination. If you know someone who struggles to sleep get them this for Christmas and they will love you.

Before I purchased my Ecoden charcoal pillow I suffered from morning neck pain on a regular basis.
