I’ve had arthritis in my neck for a very long time and have tried many, many pillows. My sleep was never good and I frequently had to change pillows in the middle of the night and still woke up every single day with a stiff and sore neck. After reading about how the Ecoden pillow was designed it seemed to make sense and I decided to give it a try. Literally after the first night’s sleep I couldn’t believe that I woke up pain free! Wasn’t sure it was just lucky but I’ve had it a week now and every single morning I haven’t had any neck pain. I don’t usually leave reviews but this pillow has changed my life and I feel the need to share. I also used the wonderful Ecoden sleep mask and have fallen asleep quickly and have been sleeping through the night. So glad I found this pillow!!

I've had the bamboo charcoal one since 2019 and that's the only pillow out of the 10 pillows at home I can have a good nite sleep with. I wanted to have the bigger size and the Free Flow Pillow is the perfect size and with a more improved contour so my arm now also has a place to on the side and my cheek area is fully supported. My neck and shoulders blades hurt for over 4 month. I tried massages. It was nice after but the pain was still there, until I saw the add about Ecoden pillow. I’m using it for over a week now and can really feel the improvement as the pain is much less than it used to be. Also my sleep quality improved as I follow it on the Apple Watch application. I am 66 and have fibromyalgie for 15 years, no cartilage in my Mandibular Joint and 3 hernies in my neck. I have tried lots of pillows and always had pain in my shoulders, neck and upper arms (when my jaw was inclined low) or pain in my upper teeth, my face, gums, mouth and head if my head was inclined backwards. It seems that this Ecoden pillow allows the head lie horizontally and diminishes the chance to wake up with pain!!

I think the pillow is more suitable for side sleeper. For back sleeper like me, it is a bit too high for my neck. I am still trying to see if I can adjust my sleeping position. Hope it will get better.

When this pillow first arrived it did have a strong smell. I aired it out for a few days. It did get better but not completely gone. It made my eyes sting. As to the comfort it did give neck support but it is very hard. Trying to return this you must pay shipping and find a box to fit it. It comes in a small box vacuum sealed so you can’t send it back that way.

This pillow is amazing. It has fixed my neck pain. I realise standard pillows should be illegal. Side sleepers NEED the bump under their neck to support it, you neck is not supposed to be suspended in mid air. I don't want a night without this pillow!

When someone from Customer Support told me to check the facts page, my question still wasn't answered, because it wasn't written well or have pictures demonstrating how to use it. With my old pillow I would toss and turn most of the night. Would wake up in the morning with stiff neck and neck pain. The first night I used this new pillow I slept through the night. My neck has been bothering me since October. I’ve spoken with GP, been to chiropractor and begun working with a remedial massage practitioner.
I got the pillow about the same time I started seeing the masseuse. Between the two things I am feeling much better. I don’t sleep through the night - our old doggy needs to go out once or twice, but I am not having neck pain while I’m laying down either on my side or back.
I’m a little stiff in the morning but much less stiff overall and my pain in improving daily.
I would recommend the pillow to anyone.

I’ve been looking for a pillow for a long time and tried various other ones on the market. I often have a sore neck and struggle with tension headaches on a weekly basis. This pillow has helped keep proper alignment of my neck and spine, preventing any strain on it. The pillow is firm and took me a couple nights to get used to it but now I couldn’t imagine sleeping without it.
