This pillow is the only “heart” shaped pillow I’ve seen, and that shape makes it easy to position. It is also the most flexible of all the pillows I’ve tried, eliminating pain from pressure points. Is the knee pillow only for side sleepers?
The knee pillow is not just for side sleeping. Back sleepers also benefit from placing the pillow underneath the knees, promoting the spine's natural curve, and reducing the pressure put on your lower back.

How do I wash my Ecoden® pillow?

Machine wash cold, delicate cycle, mild detergent.

Tumble dry, low heat with dryer balls or clean tennis balls.


Do not wash the memory foam core.

Is Ecoden® available in stores?
