Although I love the shape of this pillow, the foam is just too firm for me. Also, it’s too thick — it would have been nice to make it with layers that can be removed to configure it for smaller people. It didn’t work out for me.

I have a neck injury, and this is the most comfortable pillow I've found. It allows me to sleep comfortably on my back or my side. I waited over a month to write a review to make sure that my experience didn't shift. Almost two months in, and I still feel better with it. When it first arrived, I had to air it out for several days before I used it. The material has a strong odor at first. The smell went away after about 3 days.

It was not love at first use, but am getting use to the feel on my neck and am starting to look forward to the rest I will get. I would like a little softer surface to have my head, and then when I lay on my side, but it is what it is.

Great product. Big upgrade compared to my last too-big pillow that, as a back sleeper, had my head at what felt like a 45 degree angel. With our necks already strained with our cellular habits, I felt this pillow was one of my more important purchases this year.
